Not all starts will be on Mondays. Manager will reach out end of the week before to the traveler and advise when their first day is as well as reporting instructions
Please make sure your candidate gets fingerprinting within 24 to 48 hours of signing. They will get an email from the CS team with instructions on how to make an appointment. Travelers can go to any IdentiGo location, as long as the location can run the PA FP code that s required here, but they re few and far between outside of PA.
