1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Luvo Healthcare platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including clinicians, healthcare facilities, and administrators.
2. Platform Description
Luvo Healthcare is a travel healthcare staffing platform that connects clinicians with healthcare facilities. The Platform provides job search and discovery, clinician profile management, job applications, contract management, timesheet tracking, pay package review, and AI-powered job matching. The Platform is a technology service — it does not employ clinicians, operate healthcare facilities, or provide medical services.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.
4. User Roles and Responsibilities
Clinicians are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, credentials, licenses, and certifications. Submitting false or misleading professional information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Healthcare facilities are responsible for the accuracy of position listings, including job requirements, compensation details, and facility information. Facilities are responsible for their own hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Administrators access the Platform through organizational accounts and are bound by these Terms as well as any additional agreements between their organization and Luvo Healthcare.
5. Timesheet and Work Hours
Clinicians are responsible for accurately recording their work hours, breaks, and time entries through the Platform. Falsifying timesheet data is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud. Timesheet submissions are subject to review and approval by facility managers and platform administrators before processing.
6. AI Chat and Automated Services
The Platform includes an AI-powered chat system that can search jobs, provide licensure information, and assist with applications. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify all information independently before making decisions based on AI responses.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, features, content, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Platform operator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Platform without express written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform beyond what is provided through the public API
- Use the Platform to discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform
9. API Usage
Access to the Platform's API is subject to API key authentication and rate limiting. API keys are issued per organization and may be revoked at any time for misuse. API usage must comply with these Terms and any additional API documentation provided.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Job listings are accurate, complete, or current
- AI-generated job matches or recommendations will result in employment
- Any particular outcome will result from using the Platform
We are not a party to any employment agreement between clinicians and healthcare facilities. All hiring decisions, contract terms, and employment conditions are solely between the clinician and the facility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operator, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
