A strong candidate for us would be a RN with HH experience and has had training with OASIS assessments- this will be the bulk of their case load, completing start of care visits, discharges, recertifications, etc. The expected case load of managing patients is 25-30 patients at 40 hours per week. We operate with an EMR called homecare homebase, easy to teach, but experience with that EMR also a plus.

Expected to ensure department meets all regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Expected to assist in data monitoring, reports and improvements. Quality management will be demonstrated by assuring delivery of safe patient care through ensuring supplies and equipment are readily available for each specialized area and procedure.
Maintains current certifications in specialty and continues education when necessary. Will serve and/or chair departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed. May be asked to assist with other projects or work assignments as needed by organization, department or leadership.
