Weekends/Holidays: Expect to work weekends and holidays in rotation with staff, or as otherwise confirmed for your assignment.
Floating: Floating is in rotation with staff and in accordance with floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float. Policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit.
