Fast paced ICU treating neurological diseases and disorders seizures strokes- comprehensive stroke center. Also treat overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU.
FLOATING REQUIREMENTS: Traveler will be first to float at Premier s discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty cluster and will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to. IF YOURE ASSIGNED TO MVH THIS WILL INCLUDE FLOATING MAIN CAMPUS (Dayton) SOUTH CAMPUS (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus AND NORTH CAMPUS (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
RTO Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
