All RTO must be requested upfront, please include at time of submission.
Willing to consider 1 year nurse with strong experience.
For RN's, WA pending license is ok to submit.
Local Radius Rule: 50 miles, locals not accepted
Start dates are almost always on Mondays and travelers can be oriented any Monday there is a new start.
S.T.A.B.L.E is required for the LD. L
D RN can be submitted without it but must obtain one before the start date.
For MS unit: BLS, ACLS and PALS required; able to get PALS onsite if unable to obtain before starting
For House Supervisor Position: BLS, ACLS and PALS required; able to get PALS onsite if unable to obtain before starting
This is required on the work order confirmation for each traveler: may be floated to other units matching skill mix as needed and may need to be flexed(placed on-call) for an equivalent of (1) full shift once per 4 weeks during contract times.
HOUSING- Very difficult to find housing in the area. Traveler should be open to commuting.
For ASH, HealthStream modules are done during orientation (in between hospital orientation and unit orientation).
Compliance docs due Wednesday prior to start.

Facility is known for administering random drug screens. Travelers should be prepared for this at any time.
Should a traveler have more than a 30 day gap between assignments with facility, they will need to complete a new drug screen, background check and orientation.
