Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their home facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. If they are floated outside of their primary competency, the team-based model will be used.
RTO
: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO on weekends.

: No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. If your traveler calls out on a holiday, the facility can cancel their contract.

CCH requires all returning resources to undergo full recredentialing and reattend orientation. Full NBO will be applied. This is applicable even if the break in contract was less than 30 days.
