Preferably no RTO in the first weeks of an assignment.

FLOATING: This facility has high P/C ratios and lots of floating - if a candidate isn't comfortable with this, please do not submit!
Only 1 facility so would only be floated within the hospital.
Qualivis workers will float in rotation with staff and in accordance with floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float. Policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit.
