Years of experience REQ: Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR Required Experience: Level 1 Trauma Experience; RN must have strong scrub and circulate skills; Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery Preferred Experience: Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric and Gynecology Certs REQ: BLS Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their home facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. If they are floated outside of their primary competency, the team-based model will be used.
RTO
