YES\r\n36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.\r\nOT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.\r\nProductivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
