This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule.Key Responsibilities:
? Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). ? Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. ? Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. ? Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. ? Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. ? Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
